2.1 Standard Revision Allowance: Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions (e.g. caption edits, minor audio tweaks, timing cuts).

2.2 Major Overhauls: Revisions required due to new footage or changed fundamental direction do not qualify as minor and will be billed as new deliverables.

2.3 Deemed Acceptance: If no feedback is received within seven (7) consecutive business days post-preview cut delivery, the render is deemed irrevocably accepted and balance due immediately.

3.1 Work-for-Hire Transfer: Full copyright and commercial rights transfer to the Client exclusively upon receipt of full final payment settlement under Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

3.2 Portfolio Rights: Unless a formal NDA is signed prior to project kickoff, UpInViews retains a perpetual non-exclusive right to showcase finalized videos in agency portfolio reels.

4.1 Payment Milestone Structure: Mandatory 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement. Remaining 50% balance remitted prior to un-watermarked 4K master export release.

4.2 UPI & P2P Modality: All payments are processed directly via verified Unified Payments Interface (UPI) handles or direct digital bank transfers in India.

5.1 Archival Window: Raw timelines and source files are preserved for thirty (30) calendar days following final delivery, after which project cache files are permanently purged.
